Romiyim (Romans) 16
16
1And I commend to you Phoebe our sister, who is a servant of the assembly in Kenḥrea,
2that you receive her in יהוה, worthy of the set-apart ones, and assist her in whatever matter she has need of you. For she has been a great help to many, including me.
3Greet Priscilla and Aqulas, my fellow workers in Messiah יהושע,
4who risked their own necks for my life, to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the assemblies of the nations,
5and the assembly that is in their house. Greet my beloved Epainetos, who is the first-fruits of Achaia to Messiah.
6Greet Miryam, who worked very hard for us.
7Greet Andronikos and Junias, my relatives and my fellow prisoners, who are eminent among the emissaries, who also were in Messiah before me.
8Greet Amplias, my beloved in יהוה.
9Greet Urbanus, our fellow worker in Messiah, and Stachus, my beloved.
10Greet Apelles, the approved in Messiah. Greet those who are of Aristobulos.
11Greet Herodion, my relative. Greet those who are of Narcissus who are in יהוה.
12Greet Truphaina and Truphosa, who work in יהוה. Greet the beloved Persis, who worked very hard in יהוה.
13Greet Rufus, chosen in יהוה and his mother and mine.
14Greet Asugritos, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brothers who are with them.
15Greet Philologos and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olumpas, and all the set-apart ones who are with them.
16Greet one another with a set-apart kiss. The assemblies of Messiah greet you.
17Now I call upon you, brothers, watch out for those who cause divisions and stumbling, contrary to the teaching which you learned, and turn away from them.
18For such ones do not serve our Master יהושע Messiah, but their own stomach, and by smooth words and flattering speech they deceive the hearts of the innocent.
19Your obedience, indeed, is reported to all. Therefore I rejoice concerning you, but I wish you to be wise indeed as to the good, and simple toward the evil.
20And the Elohim of peace shall crush Satan under your feet shortly. The favour of our Master יהושע Messiah be with you. Amĕn.
21Timotiyos, my fellow worker, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my relatives, greet you.
22I, Tertius, who wrote this letter, greet you in יהוה.
23Gaios, the host of all the assembly and me, greets you. Ěrastos, the treasurer of the city, greets you, and Quartus, a brother.
24The favour of our Master יהושע Messiah be with you all. Amĕn.
25And to Him who is able to establish you according to my Good News and the preaching of יהושע Messiah, according to the revelation of the secret which was kept silent since times of old,
26but now has been made manifest, and by the prophetic Scriptures has been made known to all nations, according to the command of the everlasting Elohim, for belief-obedience.
27To Elohim, wise alone, be the esteem, through יהושע Messiah forever. Amĕn.

Personal Greetings
1Let me introduce our sister Phoebe, who’s bringing this letter to you as my representative. She’s a deacon of the church in Cenchreae. 2Please offer her your hospitality, in the way God’s people should welcome a fellow believer. I ask you to help with anything she might need from you, because she has been very helpful to many people herself, including me.
3Greet Priscilla and Aquila, who work together with me in serving Christ Jesus. 4They have put their lives in danger for me, and I’m thankful for them, as are all the Gentile churches. 5Also please greet the church that meets in their house.
Greet my dear friend Epenetus. He was the first person in the province of Asia to believe in Christ.
6Greet Mary, who worked very hard for you.
7Greet Andronicus and Junia, my fellow Jews. They have been in prison with me, and they are leaders among the apostles. They became believers in Christ before I did.
8Greet Ampliatus, my dear friend in the Lord.
9Greet Urbanus, who works together with me in serving Christ, and greet my dear friend Stachys.
10Greet Apelles, who remained faithful to Christ even when he was tested.
Greet those who live in the house of Aristobulus.
11Greet Herodion, my fellow Jew.
Greet the believers who live in the house of Narcissus.
12Greet Tryphena and Tryphosa, those women who work hard for the Lord.
Greet my dear friend Persis, another woman who has worked very hard for the Lord.
13Greet Rufus, a chosen believer in the Lord, and greet his mother, who has been a mother to me too.
14Greet Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermes, Patrobas, Hermas, and the other brothers and sisters with them.
15Greet Philologus, Julia, Nereus and his sister, Olympas, and all of the Lord’s people who are with them.
16Greet one another with a holy kiss.
All the churches of Christ send their greetings.
17I warn you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and who trip you up by teaching you things that are the opposite of what you’ve learned. Stay away from them, 18because people like that are serving their own appetites, not our Lord Jesus Christ. With smooth talk and flattery they fool people who don’t know any better. 19But everyone has heard that you obey God, and that makes me very happy. I want you to be wise about what is good but not know anything about what is evil.
20The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.
21Timothy, who works with me, sends you his greetings. So do Lucius, Jason, and Sosipater, my fellow Jews.
22I, Tertius, who wrote down this letter as Paul dictated it, greet you in the Lord.
23-24Gaius sends you his greetings. I’m staying with him here, and the whole church meets in his house.
Erastus, the director of public works here in the city, and our brother Quartus send you their greetings.
25God is able to strengthen you through the good news, which is the message I preach about Jesus Christ. There was a mystery that had been kept hidden for a very long time. 26But now it has been made known to all the Gentiles through the writings of the prophets, as the eternal God has commanded. Through the revelation of this mystery, the Gentiles are starting to obey God by trusting in him. 27May the only wise God receive glory forever through Jesus Christ! Amen.
