Isaiah 12
12
Wells of Salvation
1In that day you will say: “I will give You thanks, Adonai, for though You were angry with me, Your anger is turned away, and You comfort me.
2Behold, God is my salvation! I will trust and will not be afraid. For the Lord Adonai is my strength and my song. He also has become my salvation.”
3With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.
4In that day you will say: “Give thanks to Adonai. Proclaim His Name! Declare His works to the peoples, so they remember His exalted Name.
5Sing to Adonai, for He has done gloriously. Let this be known in all the earth.
6Cry out and shout, inhabitant of Zion! For great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel.”

I give you thanks, O Lord;

For the Lord is my strength and my might,
and he has been my salvation.#Ex 15:2; Ps 118:14.

from the fountains of salvation,#Jgs 5:11; Jer 2:13; Jn 4:10, 14.

give thanks to the Lord, acclaim his name;
Among the nations make known his deeds,
proclaim how exalted is his name.#Ps 105:1; 148:13.
5Sing praise to the Lord for he has done glorious things;
let this be known throughout all the earth.#Is 11:9; Ex 15:1.
