Isaiah 46
46
1Bel is bowed downe: Nebo is fallen: their idoles were vpon the beastes, and vpon the cattell: they which did beare you, were laden with a wearie burden. 2They are bowed downe, and fallen together: for they coulde not rid them of the burden, and their soule is gone into captiuitie. 3Heare ye me, O house of Iaakob, and all that remaine of the house of Israel, which are borne of me from the wombe, and brought vp of me from the birth. 4Therefore vnto olde age, I the same, euen I will beare you vntill the hoare heares: I haue made you: I will also beare you, and I will cary you and I will deliuer you. 5To whom will ye make me like or make me equall, or copare me, that I should be like him? 6They draw gold out of the bagge and weigh siluer in the balance, and hire a goldsmith to make a god of it, and they bowe downe, and worship it. 7They beare it vpon the shoulders: they carie him and set him in his place: so doeth he stand, and cannot remoue from his place. Though one crie vnto him, yet can he not answere, nor deliuer him out of his tribulation. 8Remember this, and be ashamed: bring it againe to minde, O you transgressers. 9Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none other God, and there is nothing like me, 10Which declare the last thing from the beginning: and from of olde, the things that were not done, saying, My counsell shall stand, and I will doe whatsoeuer I will. 11I call a birde from the East, and the man of my counsell from farre: as I haue spoken, so will I bring it to passe: I haue purposed it, and I will doe it. 12Heare me, ye stubburne hearted, that are farre from iustice. 13I bring neere my iustice: it shall not be farre off, and my saluation shall not tarie: for I wil giue saluation in Zion, and my glory vnto Israel.

Yeshayah (Isaiah) 46
46
1Bĕl has bowed down, Neḇo is stooping, their idols were on the beasts and on the cattle. That which is carried is burdensome, a burden to the weary.
2They have stooped, they have bowed down together, they were unable to deliver the burden, but they themselves went into captivity.
3“Listen to Me, O house of Ya‛aqoḇ, and all the remnant of the house of Yisra’ĕl, who are borne from the belly, who are carried from the womb:
4even to your old age, I am He, and even to grey hairs I carry! I have made and I bear, and I carry and rescue.
5“To whom do you liken Me, and compare Me and make Me similar, that we should be alike?
6“They pour gold out of the bag, and weigh silver on the scale. They hire a goldsmith, and he makes it a mighty one. They fall down, they also bow themselves.
7“They bear it on the shoulder, they carry it and set it in its place, and it stands – from its place it does not move. Though one cries out to it, it does not answer, nor save him from his distress.
8“Remember this, and show yourselves men; turn it back, you transgressors.
9“Remember the former events of old, for I am Ěl, and there is no one else – Elohim, and there is no one like Me,
10declaring the end from the beginning, and from of old that which has not yet been done, saying, ‘My counsel does stand, and all My delight I do,’
11calling a bird of prey from the east, the man who executes My counsel, from a distant land. Indeed I have spoken it, I also bring it to pass. I have planned it, I also do it.
12“Listen to Me, you stubborn-hearted, who are far from righteousness:
13“I shall bring My righteousness near, it is not far off, and My deliverance, it is not delayed. And I shall give deliverance in Tsiyon, My esteem to Yisra’ĕl.
