1The Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] reigns, he is clothed with majesty; the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] is clothed with strength, [wherewith] he has girded himself: the world also is established, that it cannot be moved.
2Your2s throne [is] established of old: youi [are] from everlasting.
3The floods have lifted up, O Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves.
4The Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] on high [is] mightier than the noise of many waters, [yea, than] the mighty waves of the sea.
5Your2s testimonies are very sure: holiness becomes youri house, O Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], forever.
