Psalms 125

God’s Surrounding Presence
A song of the stairway
1Those who trust in the Lord are as unshakable,
as unmovable as mighty Mount Zion!
2Just as the mountains surround Jerusalem,
so the Lord’s wraparound presence
surrounds his people, protecting them now and forever.
3The wicked will not always rule over the godly,
provoking them to do what is evil.
4God, let your goodness be given away to your good people,
to all your righteous ones!
5But those who turn away from truth—
them you will turn away from you, to follow their crooked ways.
You will give them just what they deserve.
May Israel experience peace and prosperity!

A Song of degrees.
1They that trust in the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [shall be] as mount Tziyon [Parched Place], [which] cannot be removed, [but] abides forever.
2As the mountains [are] round about Yerushalayim [Foundation Of Peace], so the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] round about his people from from this time forth (from now on) even forever.
3For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the Lot [Covering] of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity.
4Do good, O Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], unto [those that be] good, and [to them that are] upright in their hearts.
5As for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: [but] peace [shall be] upon Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel of God].
